Although our primary focus is detailing and drafting, we also offer design and resource consent preparation services.

Our fee is based on the total floor area proposed in the approved resource consent. Starting from $22/m2 for detailing, drafting and documentation for Building Consent. The fee for design and resource consent preparation starts at $25/m2.
We provide a timeframe for established works and deliver outcomes accordingly. It usually takes four to six weeks for the building consent application, vary to the scale of the project.
